We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to lead and execute high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong foundation in digital marketing and paid media strategy, who can translate business objectives into effective advertising execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns end-to-end
• Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with overall business goals
• Conduct audience research, creative testing, and campaign optimisation
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative direction and messaging
