Meta Ads Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven
Meta Ads Specialist
to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid social campaigns. This role is ideal for a data-oriented marketer who excels at turning creative concepts into high-performing Facebook and Instagram ads. You will be responsible for managing budgets efficiently and ensuring a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management:
  Build, launch, and manage end-to-end Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) from technical setup to creative implementation.
• Optimization:
  Perform daily monitoring and adjustments of bids, audiences, and ad placements to maximize performance and meet KPI targets (CPA, ROAS, CTR).
• Audience Strategy:
  Develop and refine audience targeting, including Broad, Interest-based, Lookalikes, and Retargeting funnels.
