Growbi is a results-driven marketing agency specializing in lead generation and appointment setting for Med Spas and Home services companies across the U. S. We currently manage 60+ active campaigns on Meta, working with a team of ad specialists, designers, and editors, and are growing consistently month over month. We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist focused on performance, optimization, and results. This is a fully hands-on role working directly inside ad accounts. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management – Manage, optimize, and scale lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads, continuously improving CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality. Campaign Testing – Test and iterate creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to improve results. Creative Collaboration – Work with designers and creatives to continuously improve ad performance.
