Who We’re Looking For

• 3–6+ years video editing experience
• Proven Meta or TikTok ad portfolio
• Strong understanding of hook-based editing
• Comfortable with performance metrics
• Experience with CapCut Pro or Premiere
• Familiarity with AI tools (Runway, ChatGPT, OpusClip, AI voice tools)
• Comfortable working on-site in White Plains

What You’ll Do

• Produce 10–20+ Meta ad variants per week
• Aggressively test hooks (first 3 seconds matter most)
• Create structured creative variations
• Version assets systematically
• Collaborate directly with performance marketers
• Iterate based on CTR, retention, CPA data
• Work inside a high-output testing pipeline
• Speed matters.
