Role Overview:
Nationwide Enterprises is looking for a Meta Recruitment Ads Specialist who can consistently generate qualified job applicants through Facebook & Instagram paid hiring campaigns, while also ensuring our employer brand looks credible, professional, and trustworthy to candidates.
The role is performance-first, with a secondary responsibility of maintaining brand credibility so candidates trust the ads and show up for interviews.
Important: We have an in-house Social Media Manager who will provide ad creatives, brand assets, and design support.
Your focus is ads strategy, execution, optimization, and results — not design or organic posting.
