Metal Building Erectors

to join our team at the BHP Jansen Potash Mine in Jansen, SK. This position is based on a 14/7 rotation and is camp-based at the Jansen Discovery Lodge.

Responsibilities

Safely work on elevated platforms while using fall protection and other safety measures to ensure personal safety during installation and construction processes

Proficient in using a variety of hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately while ensuring the proper maintenance and handling of all tools

Accurately measure and cut metal components like Z-bar sub-girts, then install them securely to the wall surfaces as part of the framework for building structures

Install and repair different types of metal roofing systems, such as insulated metal panels (IMP), ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening
