Metal Hardware Technical Developer

Job description:

In this role, you will oversee the development of new metal hardware for leather goods as an area of excellence for Burberry.

You will manage new development projects with suppliers to ensure that metal hardware meets style, quality, cost and delivery requirements.

You will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of metal hardware development procedures and supports suppliers in material and process innovation. 

• Provide technical support to design and product development teams: understand creative needs, analyse and interpret MH design, provide technical support, identify critical development issues and propose solutions;
