Metal Hose Welder

Job Summary

The Hose Welder is responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal hose components and related products in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

+ Perform GTAW and other required welding processes to fabricate and assemble metal hose components, fittings, and assemblies.

+ Cut hoses to length and attach flanges, fittings, and related components based on job specifications and customer requirements.

+ Interpret job orders, blueprints, and work instructions to determine materials and fabrication methods.

+ Set up, operate, and maintain fabrication equipment, including welding machines, cutting tools, and forming equipment.

+ Cross-train and operate machinery used for gasket and hose production, including cutting, forming, and finishing equipment.
