The Role:  Metallic Component & Tooling Engineer  
What will you do?  
Define the needs of new tools (renewal, capacity, productivity, localization, etc) each year and regular review  
Launch and buy off tools with technical and financial study, follow up according to the needs and schedule 
Develop Soft Tooled parts (Laser cut, Turret Punching process ) 
Maintain tool condition and perform tooling appraisal periodically as well as give tooling action recommendations to vendors 
Maintain tooling data accuracy by leveraging the VTM database 
Perform audits on tooling, machine, process and suppliers 
Establish and follow the Tool audit plan
