Metallurgical Foreman

Hire Resolve's client, a leading mining company, is currently seeking a skilled Metallurgical Foreman to join their team based in the Krugersdorp, Gauteng.

Requirements

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Supervisory course or First line manager course
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in metallurgy / related field.
• Min 5 years’ experience in metallurgical operations, with demonstrated proficiency in processing plant operation, maintenance management and planning.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations within the plant during your shift, following MTR Operations Safety Standards, Policies, and MHSA procedures.
• Communicate clearly with staff and various disciplines to promote understanding and adherence to instructions and regulations.
