As the Principal Metallurgist, you will play an essential role in scaling our innovative rare earth recycling process. With over 20 years of hydrometallurgical expertise, you will lead and mentor metallurgists while ensuring compliance with performance and environmental benchmarks. Collaborating with plant teams and the Strategic Partnerships division, you will facilitate the effective integration of recycled materials into supply chains.
