Metallurgy Production Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Production Engineer to join our team at Southern Cable Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of high-quality cable solutions. In this full-time role based in Kuala Ketil, Kedah, you will be responsible for driving production of alloy with excellent quality and increasing the quality & quantity related to metal process.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare schedule and layout (Machine Accessibility), output progress and reports.
• Ability to manage team in achieve dateline of the production.
• Provide clear instruction and standardize work.
• Ensure table and process quality meets specification requirement.
• Developing and optimizing manufacturing, welding, and heat treatment processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
