Meter Technician

JOB SUMMARY

The main component of their work is sealing meters according to quality standards set. May assist on other related maintenance of the meter prior to its distribution.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conducts meter sealing procedure according to set meter sealing standards.
• Conducts meter correction/calibration by checking or adjusting (in comparison with a standard) the accuracy of a meter.
• Performs quality checks on meter seal to check if compliant to sealing standard.
• Provides monthly reports on output of team to Sales Officer in charge of contract.
• Complies with proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/regulations.
• Supports and implements Environmental Management System with respect to their job.
• Adheres to Policies/Procedure, Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Corporate Governance.
