Methods Manager

On behalf of one of our international clients, we are seeking a Mathods Manager (M/F) for a permanent position based in Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia.


- Develop and implement construction methods and procedures tailored to the specific requirements of the project.

- Ensure detailed work planning in collaboration with operational teams, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.

- Optimize resources and schedules to ensure efficient execution of the work.

- Lead and support the resolution of production issues encountered on site.

- Oversee implementation on the ground, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

- Actively participate in coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and rapid problem resolution.

- Ensure effective communication with construction teams and other departments involved in the project.
