Metrology Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the metrology laboratory, ensuring accurate and timely calibration, measurement, and inspection activities.


• Manage and maintain calibration systems in compliance with applicable standards (, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025).


• Develop, implement, and monitor calibration schedules for all measurement and test equipment (M&TE).


• Ensure traceability of measurements to national and international standards.


• Review and approve calibration reports, measurement data, and uncertainty analyses.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance measurement accuracy, efficiency, and laboratory processes.


• Train, mentor, and evaluate metrology technicians and staff.
