Position Summary

We are looking for a Human Resources General Coordinator to lead and coordinate all HR processes — including recruitment, training, compensation, labor relations, and organizational development. This role will ensure alignment between people and business strategies, fostering a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment for both unionized and administrative personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and selection processes at all levels, from operational to managerial positions, ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices.
• Design, coordinate, and track training and development programs that enhance employee capabilities and organizational performance.
• Manage labor relations with the union, ensuring compliance with the collective agreement and maintaining open, transparent communication.
• Partner with supervisors and managers to strengthen leadership skills, engagement, and retention.
