MEX Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer will support the planning, configuration, and modification of manufacturing processes, assisting in daily operational supervision and contributing to the maintenance of production standards within our industrial facilities.

• Process Ownership: Execute and maintain manufacturing safety, quality, and delivery standards within assigned production cells. Identify waste (muda) and propose actionable solutions to the Level 2 Engineer to improve the value stream.
• Operational Reliability: Ensure the functionality of error‑proofing (poka‑yoke) devices and fixtures. Coordinate routine tooling repairs and replenishment, resolving basic manufacturability issues independently before escalating to senior staff.
