Mexico Accounting Manager

-Job description**Role purpose****Main activities**- Review the correct accounting records in compliance with local, international, and internal regulations.
- General coordination of the accounting closing process.
- Control and record accounting processes.Perform reconciliations and confirmations.
- Prepare Regulatory Reports R**** & R****- Preparation and updating of procedure manuals.Requirements- Accounting, Management Degree or related, Master prefers; background 5 years +- Experience dealing with Finance units/ systems/ Regulators.
(CUB/CUE)- Strong Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks- Initiatives- Lead with impact- Local and international accounting- Negotiation skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all stakeholders' levels.
- Problem solving- Open minded and change environment- Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Proficiency- Internal policy making- Proficiency English- Proactive- Self-drive
