Mexico Director, Site Lead

This is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall success of the Mexico City team, with a strong emphasis on sustaining and furthering an engaging office/site culture. The role manages a diverse, multinational team of over 26 nationalities, including engineers, quality leads, project managers, managers, and senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Mexico City site, ensuring alignment with the US tech giant's goals and objectives while championing Qualitest’s company culture.
• Manage a team of approximately 120 employees across various departments.
• Interface with each team at least once a week.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize site performance and efficiency.
