**A Snapshot of Your Day**:As part of a wider HR transformation program and the spin-off of Siemens Energy from Siemens, the payroll operating model moving forward will be fully comprehensive, split between a professional HR BPO for zero to gross processing and handled payroll (gross to net) with industry leading payroll providers.We are looking for a Country Payroll Lead for a country or countries within the Latin America Region to play a key role handling the payroll service delivery in the country, demonstrating knowledge of processes and related systems to optimally perform responsibilities; resolve issues on a payroll process; audit input data entry for accuracy and report needed corrections, control payroll process and reports from payroll vendor.This position will be primary contact at an operational level with payroll vendors and internal clients.
