As Mexico Senior Tax Analyst for maquilas you will play a key role for assisting in executing, controlling, and analyzing IT returns and compliance with the applicable law and requirements for maquila entities in Mexico. in the division of tax in Mexico City, Juarez or SLP. In this role you will be able to contribute to the tax activities in collaboration with tax leaders, different local maquila teams like: controllership, payroll, trade compliance, etc.
The impact you will make in this role
o Perform tax calculations and work with third-party provider to prepare tax returns and deliverables: Monthly: IT, VAT & withholdings, electronic accounting, etc. Annual IT Returns: as filed (Normal) and amended (Complementaria), Safe Harbor calculations, Annual tax report (Dictamen fiscal), Informative: DIOT, DIEMSE, Local File, Master File, Annex 9 DIM, relevant transactions, etc.
