MFA, Head of Finance

This role will be leading the Finance Department, including staffing, setting up accounting processes, internal controls and operational workflow. Working in close partnership with Manulife Singapore (“MLS”) and reporting dually to MFA CEO and Head of Finance of MLS. Acting as the key point of contact for management, regulators, auditors and bankers. Ensuring proper communication with all stakeholders.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for proper operational process, accounting and internal controls for all collections, payments, and accounting matters
+ Review of materials for board’s meetings and any other reports required by management.
+ Review accounting entries, reconciliations or analysis prepared by accounting staff.
+ Responsible for financial statements and statutory reports to regulators such as MAS and ACRA
