**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Understand the existing business processes and participate actively in the post system implementation.
+ Support for new business initiatives, operational activities, advisor inquiries, and post-sales assistance related to the submission of insurance and investment policies.
+ Maintain and regularly update workflow processes and standard operating procedures.
+ Manage and regularly report on data concerning new business submissions.
+ Participate in the review and digitalization of processes to help companies streamline operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
