**Job Description:**

**Summary:**

Coordinates production operations across multiple areas under indirect supervision. Responsible for meeting established standards for output, quality, scrap, process times, and delivery performance. Ensures operational continuity, workforce discipline, proper use of equipment, and the implementation of strategies to achieve productivity and compliance goals.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**

Area Administration:

+ Enforces internal policies and the company’s Work Rules.
+ Manages disciplinary actions when applicable (from verbal warnings to suspensions).
+ Oversees permits, vacation schedules, and personnel movements.
+ Reports workforce changes and overtime hours using internal formats and systems.
+ Leads daily meetings with line supervisors.
