Job Location: Bluffton, IN / Plymouth, IN * Summary:* The Continuous Improvement Manager will help create a zero-loss culture within our manufacturing network by developing and implementing process improvements and building operator capabilities in a continuous improvement environment. This leader will drive process, system, and operational improvements that are integral to facilitating our Hershey Lean vision. A core function of the role will be implementing Redzone and Hershey Lean and all standards associated with them. The CI Manager will implement tracking processes and maintain the loss data on the lines to ensure top losses are addressed. The loss data collected will enable the development of our 7-lever diagnostic tool, designed to create a CI Plan to meet the savings targets for the organization.
