In this role, you’ll lead experienced engineering professionals who deliver high-impact solutions with autonomy and accountability. You’ll provide strategic direction across asset management technologies, digital experience platforms, and API design and development, supporting teams that power client- and advisor-facing digital experiences. This role shapes operating policies and practices, aligns work to enterprise objectives, and ensures solutions meet the needs of frontline engineers, analysts, and partners. You’ll collaborate closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, guide budgets and performance metrics, and lead technical discussions that advance Thrivent’s IT strategy all while building and sustaining high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
