Job Description

Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with the brands Potain and Grove is looking for a Health & Safety Manager to support our italian aftermarket team, the position is based in Lainate.
Main Responsinilities in this Role
Implement, coordinate, manage and be responsible of all the activities related to: employees health and safety workplace conditions develop plant safety & environment culture safety & enviroment training Develop plans for the effective implementation of Company Environment and Safety Management System. Drive EHS reporting Record and investigate all Enviromental or Personal Injury Incidents, Near Miss, Recordable Develop Plant safety plan to ensure continual improvement cuture is in place. Ensure compliance to the ISO 14001, 45001 standard Ensure compliance with italian regulation in term of Enviroment, Health & Safety
