Develops and implements country-specific security policies and procedures; manages and trains field security staff.

**Job Requirements**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Lead and manage **daily security operations** , including guard force, access control, CCTV, and visitor management.
+ Develop and implement **security policies, SOPs, and risk management programs.**
