Job Description

Summary :

• Lead Bulk Cable technical organization in Penang (Lab Tech, PDE & MPDEs)
• Allocates resources, monitors bulk cable NPI schedule, and periodically review cable performance and team’s work to ensure timely completion and get excellent performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching and training to engineers.
• Identifies the priority of new product development potentials to draft process technology roadmaps and key initiatives.

Cross-function exchange and collaboration

• Lead Bulk Cable technical organization in Penang (Lab Tech, PDE & MPDEs)

Resources Allocation and Budget Control

• Adjust department resources based on work tasks and emergency procedures.
• Make and control the resource and budget for bulk cable development and further study.
