**Job Overview**

Contributes to the development of organizational strategy, and supports in implementation of operational plans.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide leadership and manage the complete product development life cycle (from voice of customer, ideation, Design Conceptualization, Creation of product specifications, 3D designs, Prototyping, Serial tool build, Product testing, Product qualification, Project Execution & Sustenance till product end of life) HV Connectors & Terminals, HV relays, Charge Inlets and high voltage cable assemblies for automotive applications
