自動車電装部品(コネクタ)のOperation management業務。（製造現場の管理）

・ Stamping製造現場のOperation management業務。

・ 日々の生産実績の確認、事前の対処。

・ 現場の日常管理（安全・品質・生産）のチェック。

・ 生産性向上、部門損益向上、品質向上活動、不具合低減活動等の業務改善活動のリード。

・ 予算管理、KIP管理（目標設定、評価、定期面談）

・ 作業標準、ルールの見直し、制定。

・ 海外含めた他部署との交流、折衝。
