Responsibilities and Tasks
Lead an experienced team to conduct budgeting business processes, efficiency improvement, and continuously explore opportunities for outstanding cost structures across the DRAM network.
Collaborate with global, finance, procurement, network cost, PMO, and cost tactical teams on performance benchmarking. Periodically update cost status to drive for annual goals.
Drive for year-over-year cost benchmark and define a competitive target that leads to the best cost in industry.
Showcase conflict management and negotiation skills to drive organizational and company goals.
