Job Description

As a Manager for PI2_MOL2-2 team, you will be responsible for providing leadership for your section. Drive or support improvements in MOL2 Yield by set-up and maintenance of MOL2 related process flow of new technology nodes. Working with TD/CPIE and all related Dept/DRAM network to develop and establish new MOL2 process BKM, not limited to defining, developing and establishing process capabilities, strategy and roadmap, ensuring effective and efficient risk management strategy, developing new capabilities and new materials ahead of needs through continuous improvement projects; reducing cost through continuous cost reduction effort.
