**Job Overview**

TE Connectivity’s Customer Quality Engineer Manager is responsible for leading a team of engineers in Taiwan to ensure product quality, reliability, and continuous improvement across the organization. This role involves project management of strategic customer accounts quality and is responsible for ensuring that TE provides exceptional customer experience for the Digital Data Network (DDN) business unit within TE. This role includes managing / coaching direct reports (a team of customer quality engineers) who work closely with ODM customers.
