**Summary**:
Responsible for managing El Salto plant operations and comanufacturing (production planning, FG and Intermediates inventory management, labor planning, sales, SC KPI’s). Manages the creation of master production schedule for El Salto plant and comanufacturing rolling 18 months horizon, as well as detailed scheduling (days and shifts) per week. It also manages the distribution between Hershey DC’s to assure product is in the right location with the required Best Before Date to meet customers demand. Collaborates with different areas of the organization such as marketing, demand planning, customer service, logistics, purchasing / procurement and manufacturing to meet specific requirements and generate efficiencies in supply chain operations.
