Mgr, Surveillance-GCT

Position Summary:

As a surveillance manager you will be responsible for overall management of the Surveillance Department, providing leadership and direction in a shift work environment. Lead the surveillance team in compliance with AGCO regulations and all applicable laws, policies and procedures. Assist in maintaining good public relations with patrons and employees. The manager will always maintain awareness of gaming operations and game integrity and comply with security policies and pre-determined internal control procedures in order to secure company assets. From time to time the manager will act as a senior advisor in projects and business development assisting the management team in meeting objectives consistent with corporate and site goals.
