Responsible for 
Creating and communicating the vision for the business line; making and implementing business strategies

Managing the P&L and budget for the assigned business segment, including decisions on investments and personnel; setting appropriate goals and performance standards in alignment with selected strategies

Managing the day-to-day activities of the assigned business segment to support achievement of the KPI settings for all team members 
 
Ensuring adequate processes and procedures are in place for assigned business segment, especially in terms of quality and auditing compliance; Making certain customer complaints and internal points of noncompliance are dealt with quickly, and root cause is identified and actions taken to prevent reoccurrence
