MICE Manager

A Big 5 Game Lodge in Pilanesberg, North West is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MICE Manager to oversee and coordinate all Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, client-focused, and able to deliver seamless, high-end events that align with the lodge’s luxury standards.


REQUIREMENT:

- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Events Management, or similar
- Proven experience in a MICE or Events Management role within a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong planning, organisational, and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and client liaison abilities
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Financial awareness including budgeting and cost control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management systems
