The MICE Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) segments. The role focuses on developing strategic relationships, generating new business, managing key accounts, and maximizing hotel revenue in line with IHG brand standards and commercial strategies

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

**1. Business Development**

+ Identify, target, and secure new MICE accounts locally and internationally.
+ Develop and execute a MICE sales action plan aligned with the hotel’s commercial strategy.
+ Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
+ Participate in trade shows, roadshows, and networking events to promote the hotel.

**2. Revenue Generation & Target Achievement**

+ Achieve monthly and annual MICE revenue targets (rooms, banquet, and ancillary revenue).
