The Michelin Guide Inspector anonymously inspects hotels and restaurants for the MICHELIN guides and determines their suitability for inclusion in our selections in Mexico and the Americas and relevant classifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% anonymity both individually and of team members.
• Perform inspection meals, lunch/dinner daily across assigned markets.
• Compose a detailed report of each meal, also including social media content.
