Job Description
Lead the accounts payable team at Michels Canada in Nisku, Alberta. As an Accounts Payable Manager, you'll oversee operations and ensure compliance while fostering strong vendor partnerships.
In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for the entire accounts payable cycle from invoice processing to vendor support. Your expertise in financial controls and strong leadership skills will help enhance team performance and efficiency, while you handle audit requests and cash flow forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including payments
• Respond promptly to vendor and internal queries with professionalism
• Mentor the accounts payable and purchase order administrative teams
• Manage timely payment schedules for vendor relationships
• Assist with year-end documentation for auditing purposes
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Finance or Accounting is preferred
