Micro Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Participate in maintaining department's key performance area on non-conforming products, customer complaints, and audit findings.
• Responsible in preparation and analysis of all samples on a daily basis.
• Conducts line swabbing based on environmental monitoring plan.
• Assures that products are in compliance with the quality and food safety standards set by the company and its customers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Food Technology, BS Biology
• At least 1 year experience as Micro Analyst
• Knowledgeable of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
• Knowledgeable of relevant regulatory requirements
