Job Description

The Micromarket Staff is responsible for ensuring smooth daily micromarket operations through proper inventory management, customer service, sales support, and store upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support daily duties of micromarket staff, including task assignments and schedules
  • Assist in meeting sales targets and follow proper sales procedures
  • Conduct inventory checks, order new stock, and manage stock levels
  • Ensure quality customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain store cleanliness, signage, displays, and overall visual standards
  • Prepare basic reports on sales, merchandising, and staff matters
  • Support implementation of store policies and operational procedures
  • Monitor store performance and recommend improvements
