Position Purpose: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of micro kitchen, including managing staff, inventory, and sales.
Key Result Areas:
Ordering Ensuring sufficient stock, monitoring inventory, and monitoring, replenishing merchandise
Setting sales quotas, reviewing sales targets
Developing a routine for opening and closing, and ensuring the store functions efficiently
Enforcing exceptional customer service, and dealing with customer complaints
Establishing security and safety measures, and creating an emergency strategy
Managing controllable costs to maintain profitability and monitoring bad order or spoilage.
Developing and maintaining a schedule for promotions, and seeking ways to better promote the store
Compiling data about sales and promotions, and producing reports for senior management
