Microfinance Officer

-Conducts market survey in desired areas, study facts and figures and submit appropriate reports to immediate superior

-Develop system of procedures on how to properly introduce Microfinance Loan to target members and the needed information to inculcate the importance of this assistance and on-time loan payments.

-Choose and propose Coordinators or Project/Center Head to handle microfinance project activities and monitor and supervise them on a constant basis; identify capacity building and training needs to develop awareness and competencies required in the program.

-Reviews and complete loan requirements stated in the manual prior to the endorsement of loan for approval
