Microsoft 365 Automation Developer - Power Automate (Cloud Flows) and Azure Logic Apps

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
• Build custom solutions across SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Integrate M365 applications with external systems via APIs, connectors, and custom logic.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop reusable components, templates, and automation frameworks.
• Perform workflow optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Implement governance, security best practices, and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, and other developers.
• Support ongoing enhancements and production troubleshooting for existing workflows and integrations.
