The Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and security across the organization. This role involves managing cloud-based services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power platform and related applications, while ensuring compliance, governance, and optimal performance.

This role ensures that security best practices are embedded across all aspects of the Microsoft 365 infrastructure, applications, and services. The specialist collaborates with cross‑functional teams to align strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

This role also manages the EDRMS (Electronic Document and Records Management System) on SharePoint ensuring that documents and records are managed efficiently and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
