Mandatory Requirements

• At least 24 months of experience working independently in customer-facing roles within M365 environments (implementations, consulting, training).
• Experience with M365 Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams deployments, minimum 2 projects.
• At least 4 years of experience in
  M365 environment management
  (including Entra, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint).
• Ability to
  implement M365 automation
  using PowerShell, minimum 2 projects.
• Minimum 24 months of experience with DevOps practices and working in DevOps teams.
• At least 1 valid M365 associate‑ or expert‑level certification.
