Microsoft CRM Solution Architect

**Responsibilities**



+ Leading the solution design and produce high quality documents.

+ Independently performing stakeholder management and customer communications.

+ Troubleshooting and debugging skills to address issues effectively.

+ Lead defect triage and resolve defects raised by the testing team.

+ Perform unit testing of the application and adhere to customer’s standards and best practice for coding and code check in.



**Experience Required**



+ Hands on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform Sales, service, field Service and CI Journey, including customisation, configuration, and development.

+ Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).

+ Hands on knowledge on Azure (Azure functions, ADF, AI Factory etc.).

+ Customise Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules to align with busi...
