This role is responsible for the full operational lifecycle of Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) licensing,
while driving new customer acquisition and onboarding within the SMB segment
. You will manage day-to-day operational activities including quoting, order placement, margin tracking, renewal timelines, and licensing advisory support.
